Item # M23 Sweet n Creamy Rice Pudding

(Optional  addition not included: Cinnamon 1 tsp)

•   Pour  9 cups water into a  large saucepan.
•  Add contents of  Packet  to the pan and stir well to dissolve. 

• Heat the  mixture on medium low heat, and bring to a SLOW boil, stirring pot continually until it comes to a boil, so it does not stick to the bottom of pan,  
• Once mixture starts boiling, turn heat down to LOW.
• Be careful not to boil too fast, or mixture could boil over or stick to pan...  Yikes! 

• Continue to boil very slowly on low heat for 45 minutes, and stir every 10 minutes, so it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. 

• Remove pan from heat when rice is very soft and tender- the mixture will be somewhat loose but it will firm up as it sets.   
• Transfer pudding into individual serving bowls or large container
• Option:  Sprinkle tops with cinnamon if you wish
• .Keep finished pudding refrigerated.    EASY PEASY!
