Add contents of Packet to the pan and stir well to dissolve.

Heat the mixture on medium low heat, and bring to a SLOW boil, stirring pot continually until it comes to a boil, so it does not stick to the bottom of pan,
Once mixture starts boiling, turn heat down to LOW.
Be careful not to boil too fast, or mixture could boil over or stick to pan... Yikes!
Step 3
Continue to boil very slowly on low heat for 45 minutes, and stir every 10 minutes, so it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Remove pan from heat when rice is very soft and tender- the mixture will be somewhat loose but it will firm up as it sets.
Transfer pudding into individual serving bowls or large container
