Item #M06 Shish Kebab Marinade Trio

included in Kit: Classic kebab, Lemon-herb, Mediterranean BBQ

(not incuded:  1/4-1/2 cup olive oil per marinade

Each packet makes enough marinade for up to 3 lbs. meat, poultry, seafood

3 Marinade types:

Classic Kebab:  Meats, lamb, beef

Mediterranean BBQ : Chicken, turkey tips, beef, pork, lamb

Lemon-Herb: Chicken, turkey, pork, seafood, shrimp

step 1

  • For Classic Kebab:  in small bowl, pour 1/2 cup water plus 3 TBLSP oil
  • For Mediterranean BBQ : in small bowl, pour 1/2 cup water plus 3 TBLSP oil
  • For Lemon-Herb: in small bowl, pour 1/4 cup water  plus 3 TBLSP oil


Step 2- for all 3 types

  •   Add contents of marinade package 
  • ·Stir until dissolved

step 3 - for all 3 types

  

  • Add 2” cubes of desired meats, chicken, seafood, veggies, toss to coat, (or spread on surfaces of steaks, burgers, other) 
  • Marinate for ½ - 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator

Step 4

  •   Toss marinated cubes before placing on skewers.
  •  Alternate with 2” squares of onions, peppers, other veggies
  • Cook foods to safe internal temperatures on grill, stovetop or oven. 

STep 5 safe Cooking temperature chart

Test Internal temperatures with food thermometer before eating:

  • · Chicken, turkey 165˚ F
  • · Beef, lamb, pork kebobs, steaks/chops, fish, shrimp 145˚ F
  • · Ground beef, sausages 155˚ F 

important!

Do not reuse leftover marinade, but discard it after marinating 

meats, poultry or seafood, as it contains harmful bacteria and can make you sick
