Step 1
Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
Soak Packet #1 (carrots) in 1 cup hot water in medium bowl for 10 minutes.
Add ingredients from Packet #2, along with 3/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup water.Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.
Step 2
Blend all ingredients well.
Pour into greased 9” cake pan, or 12 cupcake tin.
Bake cake for 30-40 minutes (for cupcakes 15-20 minutes) until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
step 3
Cool cake before glazing.
Mix glaze Packet #3 with 2 TBLSP water in a small bowl, stirring till very smooth.
step 4
Pour glaze over cake, starting in center. Spread glaze toward the edges, letting it gently drip down over sides.
